Cash Out Rewards : Rules / Guidelines[ last updated : 11.28.07 ]
$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$CASH OUT REWARDS INFO:Make money uploading your wallpapers. The Cash Out Rewards program awards the top 3 Sciphone members who upload the most "approved" wallpapers to the gallery. Approved wallpapers are NOT those that get placed in the community wallpaper section, but those that get moved to the main Sciphone selection. Not all wallpapers will make the cut, but all wallpapers that get uploaded will be reviewed by an admin for qualification into the program.
If your wallpaper is approved for Cash Out Points, your corresponding forum username (
please use the same username when registering for the forum and the website ) will receive a point listed in your profile under your username. At the end of each month, the 3 members with the most Cash Out Points will be rewarded as follows:
1st Place =
$252nd Place =
$103rd Place =
$5Payments can be made via PayPal, or in the form of an iTunes Gift Card via e-mail. After payments are made, Cash Out Points for the 3 winners will be divided in half. So if you won first place with
100 Cash Out Points, you start with
50 for next month.
If this system proves to be inefficient and unfair to other users, we will revise the rules and try to create a fair system for everyone to enjoy. ( This is the first time we've ever done this, so bare with us
)
Here's how to get started:1. Register an account on
http://www.sciphone.net AND on the forums with the
SAME username.
2. Upload your wallpapers to the Community Wallpapers section for approval.
3. If your wallpaper(s) are chosen to join the Sciphone gallery, you will be notified via PM ( Private Message ) on the forums with the amount of Cash Out Points you've earned. ( You will be able to check your points at any time by visiting your profile page )
4. If your wallpaper(s) don't get chosen for the program, they will still be approved and displayed in the Community Wallpapers section of the website.
If you'd rather earn 10 Cash Out Points at a time, take a look at participating in the Theme Pack Competitions:

2. The filename of your image should follow this format: your-name-title-of-wallpaper.jpg / .png
3. Once you've uploaded it to the site, make sure you fill out the options to the best of your ability.
4. Keep titles short and sweet, a few words to describe your wallpaper.
5. Don't forget to put your name or the owners name of the wallpaper in the description somewhere. If you don't have that information, you can put the URL where you found the wallpaper. Try to sum up the wallpaper in a few sentences.
6. Please keep keywords under 8. If my name was Jesus, and I uploaded a wallpaper of the Rolls Royce Phantom Engine, I would use the following keywords: Jesus Car Automotive Rolls Royce Phantom Engine V12
