I had problems also and I had to lay the sim card flat on the bed and push it in that way. That would get sim card into slot #2. Then you have to lay the next sim on top of that first sim and push it into slot. That is slot #1. When you start to slide it in, you may have to try and lift the end of the sim that is going in first; just the littlest bit to get by a "bump" of the slot.

Also I found that the silver guards that hold the sims down; sometimes need to be slid back to unlock. They slide back about one mm. I know that's how you get the memory card in.

Good luck! I'm having my own problems with trying to download anything. Actually, I need help with just about everything because my owner's pamphlet doesn't list the website that gives you all the info on the i9. If you know it or how to get a descent owner's manual; please let me know. I'm at tosgood@bellsouth.net.

I have also purchased the same phone yesterday but i didn't know much about its features. If you 'll tell me something than it 'll be very helpful for me. I 'll wait for your reply.

Try this link. I got it from a very helpful guy on another forum. Will always thank 'strongbow' for posting it. the i68 and i9 are similar.
